Who operates this website

WeDoubleYourSales is operated by ARCHON 8 LTD. These terms explain use of this website and the difference between an inquiry and a confirmed service engagement. A separate written agreement sets out the terms of any work you commission.

The service

The Sales Upgrade is a scoped implementation project for businesses that want to improve how they turn interest into sales. The proposed work centers on one priority offer, one buying journey, an appropriate follow-up flow, and a sales scorecard with a post-launch review. Diagnosis is included in the project described on this website.

The appropriate work depends on your business and its existing systems. The proposal identifies the actual deliverables, supported tools, responsibilities and exclusions. Larger rebuilds, unsupported integrations, advertising spend, outsourced sales and ongoing management are not automatically included.

Inquiries are not confirmed engagements

Submitting a form, receiving an inquiry reference or discussing your business does not place an order, reserve delivery capacity or create a paid engagement. No work is commissioned merely by using this website.

Before work begins, we agree the scope, price and schedule with you in writing. Changes to the agreed work must also be agreed, including any effect on fees or timing. There is no automatic subscription or retainer.

Prices, payment and cancellation

This website does not take payments. A service proposal will set out the price and currency, payment arrangements, any applicable taxes, and the cancellation or refund terms for that engagement before you decide to proceed. Dollar figures shown in website examples are U.S. dollars, not a quotation for your project.

You can tell us at any time that you no longer wish to pursue an inquiry. Once an engagement is confirmed, its written terms and applicable law govern cancellation and any payment or refund due.

Information, access and approvals

Please provide accurate information and only submit materials you are entitled to share. Any access to your systems, client data or business accounts must be separately agreed through an appropriate secure process; do not put passwords or sensitive records in the inquiry form.

The engagement agreement identifies the information, approvals and access we need from you. If information or approvals arrive late, we will discuss and agree any effect on the work or schedule.

Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of its existing materials and intellectual property. Sending information for an inquiry does not transfer its ownership to us; we use it to assess and respond to your request.

The engagement agreement sets out who owns the commissioned deliverables and how reusable methods and third-party materials may be used. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' terms.

Results and responsibility

WeDoubleYourSales expresses the business's growth ambition, not a promise that every client's sales will double. Results depend on factors including the starting position, offer, demand, execution and business decisions. Website scenarios are not evidence of results achieved for your business.

We are responsible for the work we agree to perform. The engagement agreement sets out each party's responsibilities. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Using the website

Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access to private areas, or interfere with the website's security or operation. Information on this website is general service information, not a substitute for advice specific to your business. Our Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled.
