Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, we ask for your name, work email and a description of the business challenge you want help with. You can also provide your website, business type and approximate monthly sales range. An industry page can include the relevant sector and package with your inquiry. Required fields are identified in the form; we cannot process an inquiry without them.

Please send only information needed to discuss the work. Do not include passwords, payment details, patient records or other sensitive personal information. If you contact us directly by email, we receive your address, message and anything you choose to include.

Information collected with an inquiry

We record the page and campaign information associated with your submission, where available, including campaign source, medium, name, content and term, the landing-page path and the referring website's hostname. This helps us understand which pages and campaigns bring relevant inquiries.

We also use submission timing, an attempt identifier, a check for duplicate submissions and anti-spam fields to keep the form reliable. The application converts the request's IP address into a salted hash for rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP address in your inquiry record. Hosting and network providers still receive normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser headers, when serving the website.

Why we use it

We use your information to understand and respond to your inquiry, assess whether the service fits, discuss a proposal, keep a record of the conversation, and protect the website against spam and misuse.

Where UK data-protection law applies, the basis is taking steps you request before a contract when you would be the contracting customer. For business representatives, inquiry administration, campaign attribution and security, we rely on our legitimate interests in running the service and handling relevant business inquiries. Those interests do not override your rights. Where a specific legal obligation requires us to keep or disclose information, that obligation is the basis for that processing.

Where your inquiry goes

Your inquiry is saved in a private database for ARCHON 8 LTD, with associated status, booking, security and notification records. It is not posted publicly. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized administration and service personnel.

Providers used by this website

• Lovable Cloud and its Supabase-based database infrastructure host the application, store inquiry records and support authentication. Hosting also processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site.
• Lovable's email service sends our inquiry emails from notify.wedoubleyoursales.com: a confirmation to the email address you enter, containing your name and inquiry reference, and a notice to our business mailbox containing the details you submitted. It records delivery information such as the recipient address, send time and whether a message was accepted, bounced or reported. It also sends staff account emails, such as invitations and password resets.
• Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts. Loading them sends Google normal request information, including your IP address and browser headers. The inquiry form's contents are not sent to Google Fonts.
• Cal.com runs our booking calendar. If you choose a call time after sending an inquiry, we send Cal.com your name, email address, time zone, the chosen time and your inquiry reference. Cal.com records the booking and sends its own booking emails.
• Google Calendar receives the booked call, including your name and email address, in our sales-call calendar through Cal.com.
• Zoom provides the video meeting and processes meeting details and technical information needed to run it. Information you provide when joining is also processed by Zoom.
• Proton Mail hosts our business mailbox and processes messages sent to it, including correspondence and booking notifications.

The inquiry database is configured in Frankfurt, Germany. Provider operations can involve processing outside your country. You can contact us for further information about the relevant processing arrangements. This policy does not imply that all hosting, support or backup processing takes place in Germany.

Cookies, browser storage and tracking

Campaign details are attached to an inquiry when it is submitted; they are not a record of your browsing across unrelated sites. Authorized staff sign-in uses browser storage to keep the session active.

How long information is kept

Inquiry information is stored in our private records. To request deletion, contact us below. We assess requests under applicable law, including whether records are needed for an ongoing inquiry or engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute.

Your rights and privacy requests
